Usually I ask my clients what they would like me to work on, or how they might like to feel after the session. We call this setting of intention ‘Framing’.
It is amazing how powerful the effect of framing is on your experience of the session.
The field is wide open for any outcome you might imagine.
Some ideas to help you get to sleep including:
