WHAT HAPPENS AT ZERO BALANCING?

Some people are concerned that tension release might lead to some emotional drama in front of the therapist. In my experience this mostly doesn’t happen. The tension is released and the stress usually slips away with it quietly, without fuss. There is no need nor encouragement to relive any past trauma in order to release it. It’s more a feeling of relief!
On the rare occasions that an emotional release does happen clients can be assured that they are safe, they are always treated respectfully and supportively. There is no need to feel embarrassed. Then once its gone, its gone and we can move on.
